Benjamin Leroux started his small negociant business in Beaune in 2007 while he was still managing the famous Pommard estate Domaine du Comte Armand. A prodigy who began his academic winemaking studies at 13 years old, Leroux is regarded as one of the most exciting producers in Burgundy, with a style combining fruit purity with subtle oak.
Unlike other negociants Leroux never buys juice or wine, instead managing his own vineyards and working closely with growers. Leroux's aim is to develop an estate with his own vineyards, focusing on Puligny-Montrachet and Volnay.
