The Republican majority in Montana’s House of Representatives voted Wednesday to bar transgender Rep. Zooey Zephyr (D) from the House floor, silencing her for the rest of the 2023 session. While Zephyr will still be able to vote remotely, she cannot be present or voice her opinions on the House floor.
