Bacon Wrapped Chorizo Dogs for a change up on the classic hot dog! 🌭🧀 🌶🔥
I really do not cook a lot of hot dog recipes… mostly because I am more of a burger guy. But when I saw @elmagococina make a variation of this recipe, I knew I needed to give it a try! Cubed cheese stuffed inside ground chorizo wrapped with bacon and then grilled until crispy on the outside but gooey on the side. Top off with some Cilantro Lime Cream Sauce, Jalapeños and more!
