Alyena makes a delicious pomegranate cocktail on a wharf on Balboa Island, Newport Beach California and after shows you some of the beautiful homes while on the Balboa Island walking path. This is part one of a three part cocktail series showing parts of Balboa Island.

Pomegranate cocktail Recipe:
Optional: Sugar rim glass
Ice
1/2 to 1 oz of pomegranate simple syrup
1 to 2 oz of tequila
2 oz of pineapple juice
2 oz of POM juice
Optional: Fill the rest of the glass with sparkling water.
Pomegranate Simple Syrup Recipe:
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of POM juice
Rind of 1 orange
Simmer all for 15 minutes, cool, store in fridge until needed
