Escalating violence in Myanmar has dominated talks at the ASEAN summit in Labuan Bajo. Indonesia said the bloc is at a crossroad as crisis after crisis is testing the region's strength. Indonesian Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi said ASEAN needs to work harder to address challenges in the Indo-Pacific. The high-level meetings come just a day after an attack on an aid convoy in Myanmar. Diplomats from Indonesia and Singapore were caught in the incident, but left unharmed.
