Bossam is korean boiled pork traditionally served with cabbage or salad leaves as wrap. The meat is boiled in a flavorful brine until tender and served thinly sliced.
I tasted it for the first time when I visited Seoul, I fallen in love with it.
My version of bossam is not quite an authentic one I guess, I did took tips from a couole of food blogs especially from Maangchi, combined with available ingredients I have in my pantry. Anyway, I think my bossam is still really nice. My lunch was a walk through memory lane.
