⭐️RECIPES⭐️
🌿Veggie Rice Wraps
-4 carrots
-2 onions
-1/4 big cabbage
-1/2 cup wakami seaweed
(or any seaweed)
-1/2 cup chickpea flour
-1 tbsp garlic
-1 tsp ginger
🌿VEGAN HOMEMADE HOISIN SAUCE
-2 tbsp techina
-1.5 tbsp date honey
-2 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp vinegar
-1 tsp sesame oil
-1 tsp mustard
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp ginger powder
- add water to thin
it out if you'd like
🌿Challah-taschen Garlic Bread
-4 cups flour (I used white spelt)
-1.5 tbsp honey or maple syrup / date honey
- 1 cup water (around this amount, depending on the flour. This should be a sturdy dough (not wet) after kneading or mixing (like soft playdough) so you might need to add more water or flour as needed.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 lemon of a lemon juice (or 1 tsp vinegar)
DIRECTIONS:
-Mix until Dough Is combined or used Stand mixer
(the more you knead or mix the fluffier it'll be)
-Let is Rise for 1 hour
-Braid into challah or rolls and rise for 45 mins
BAKE for Around 20 mins at 350f 190c
🌿GREEN HUMMUS
-2 cups chickpeas
-2 garlic cloves
-2 cups greens (ex: parsley, spinach, etc)
-Salt to taste
-¼ cup fresh lemon juice
-2 tbsp tahini
-3 ice cubes (my secret to making it fluffy)
🌿GARLIC FILLING:
-2 tbsp olive oil
-1 tbsp dried onions
-2 tbsp chopped garlic
-1 tbsp dried parsley
-1/2 tsp salt
🌿BAKE'N GARBONO BITES
1 15 oz can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) drained and rinsed
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp maple syrup or date honey
BAKE on HIGH until crispy or airfry
