Be on alert if this happens in the stock markets. In the past several weeks we had warned of a big drop or correction in the stock markets. Although initially the markets rallied higher by a few percentages, we saw a major decline to our downside targets in early August (from the July highs), as we had anticipated. The stock markets bounced recently to fill some gaps, which we also said was a likelihood. But now we should keep an eye on at least 3 important charts which can be important leading indicators for the stock markets.
