More than 16 months after a Norfolk Southern train carrying hazardous materials derailed in East Palestine, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is set to review the final findings of its investigation.
On Tuesday, the NTSB will hold a public meeting at East Palestine High School to "hear presentations from investigators, deliberate over the draft report and vote on the proposed findings, probable cause and safety recommendations."
