The Skin Turgor Test helps us to diagnose dehydration. A decrease in skin turgor is a late sign of dehydration. In the initial video, you will see the skin "tent up" on the fingers but I think there's a better way to do this test that gives you a more accurate result and I will demonstrate that in the video.
