How does Santa Claus make his journey around the world on Christmas night?

Earlier this month, the Government confirmed that Santa Claus will be exempt from any travel restrictions this Christmas.
The Department of Foreign Affairs has classified his work as an essential service after protracted negotiations with the North Pole.
Minister Simon Coveney made an announcement on the issue in the Dáil - saying Santa Claus has confirmed he's coming to Ireland this year as usual.
He said: "Can I say that as Minister for Foreign Affairs we've been working on the Santa Claus issue for a number of weeks now.
"It's important to say to all children in the country that we regard Santa Claus' travel as essential travel, for an essential purpose.
"Therefore he's exempt from the need to self-quarantine for 14 days, and should be able to come in and out of Irish airspace and indeed in and out of Irish homes."
However, Minister Coveney said children shouldn't stay up at night when Santa is due - as he still needs to stick to two metres social distancing along with the rest of us.
