Center for Mentoring Excellence is celebrating 2024’s National Mentoring Month by hosting a series of interviews with long-standing mentoring pairs to learn their secrets, best practices, and learn how their relationships have changed over the years.
In this interview CME’s Director of Strategic Partnerships, Lori Crever, interviewed mentor Helen Patterson, Founder of Life Works Well, healthy workplace creator, author, consultant, and facilitator; and her mentee, Sania Sanzgiri, a Human Resource Manager at Taro Pharmaceuticals (Sun Pharma Canada).
In early 2020, the pair first connected through a mentor/mentee pairing site. Discover what motivated Sania to seek guidance from a mentor and her preparation process for the relationship.
