Today we taste and review Santeria Rum, a new aged rum that hit the market in 2015. We'll try it on its own, and then mix a couple of cocktails to see how it holds up.

Santeria Daiquiri
2 oz. Santeria Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup

Shake and serve with a lime wheel.

Santeria Mai Tai
2 oz Flor de Caña Extra Seco White Rum
1 oz Santeria Rum
0.75 oz Cointreau
0.75 oz Orgeat Syrup
0.5 oz lime juice

Shake and serve over crushed ice with fresh mint and pineapple stick
