There is nothing more healthier than Radish also called as Mooli and Mooli ki Sabzi gives you a perfect Lunch and Dinner with some mixed Dal and Rice.
Here is how you can cook Mooli ki Sabzi:
Ingredient
Oil 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Carom seeds 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 inch
Green chili chopped 3 to 4
Radish with leaves chopped 2 no. (Large) or 2 cups
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder ½ tsp
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and carom seed, garlic, ginger and sauté for few seconds.
2. Then add green chili and chopped radish (not the leaves).
3. Cook it for few mins and add turmeric powder, salt and mix well.
4. Add the radish leaves and mix well.
5. Do not overcook it, once the radish turns soft switch off the flames and sprinkle garam masala on top and mix well.
6. Remove in serving plate and garnish with juliennes of carrot and beets.
7. Serve hot with rotis, dal and rice.
