An amateur video purports to show a polling station at a school in Mitrovica, Kosovo, being ransacked. Masked men thought to be Serb hardliners burst into several polling stations with tear gas and smashed ballot boxes. It was hoped the election in Kosovo would help end years of de facto ethnic partition
