Turning your Louis Vuitton Cosmetic Pouch into a crossbody bag is super simple with Luxegarde's Conversion Kits! It only takes a few minutes and you'll have a brand new way to use your Cosmetic Pouches!
You will need:
- A set of Luxegarde D Rings in your choice of gold or silver
- Your favourite Luxegarde strap
- Mini screwdriver (we include a free one with your order)
Steps:
1. If the cosmetic pouch is fairly new and the leather is rigid, place a toothpick in each loop and leave to stretch for a few hours. This makes the D Rings much easier to insert!
2. Unscrew the bar from the D Ring with a mini screwdriver
3. Place the D Ring on the leather tab, ensuring that the opening is aligned with the gap
4. Insert the bar into the D Ring. You may need to wriggle it a little to get it through
5. Screw the bar into the D Ring with a mini screwdriver
6. Clip on your favourite strap and you're set! We're using our 24k Gold-Plated chain for that extra bit of luxury
The D rings blend seamlessly with the hardware of the Louis Vuitton Cosmetic Pouch so you can keep it on and just clip and unclip the straps as needed. Having a D Ring will also allow you to decorate it with other accessories such as chains ad key rings!
