Central to our proposals for the redevelopment of the Sutton Estate, Chelsea are the new communal gardens, which will be over five times bigger than the current garden area. Tenants on the Estate are already actively involved in gardening through the sunken garden club and have benefited from a community grant. So we wanted to give them the opportunity to get involved in helping to shape and create the new communal gardens. Here’s a little bit about our plans and the thoughts of some our tenants.
