Robertson moved to an online Service Request Form (SRF) early last year and from June 1st, 2022, we will no longer be accepting the manual Service Request Form. The online form is a very simple form and if all fields are completed then no further information is usually required.

If the stores are completing the form on behalf of a customer, then the Terms and Conditions need to be relayed to the customer as part of their responsibilities in filling out the form, it is always a better option to have the customer fill out the form themselves then they fully understand the terms and conditions of the contract.
