Near Scotland's sacred island of Iona, uninhabited Staffa Island appears to rise out of the sea, supported by its famous black basalt columns and harboring a spectacular network of caves. Many seabirds come here to nest, including the charming Atlantic puffin. Naturalist Jim Wilson explains why Staffa is an ideal breeding ground for this "clown of the sea."
