Brand new footage of the recently announced Ford Focus RS500. This is the predecessor to the original Ford Sierra Cosworth RS500 but, where the original car was a Group A motorsport special, limited to 500 cars in order to homologate parts for the touring car teams, this Focus RS500 is simply a limited edition. However, it does get a 350hp 2.5-liter five-cylinder motor, giving it a 0-62mph time of 5.6sec. The FWD chassis remains unchanged from the regular Focus RS, but it gets special badging, gloss black wheels and a 3M matte vinyl wrap over its black paintwork to create a matte black finish.
