Palm Jebel Ali, a magnificent luxury lifestyle mega project initiated by Nakheel, promises to redefine opulent living in Dubai. Twice the size of Palm Jumeirah, this iconic development features Dubai's longest coastline, offering beachside living to 35,000 families. Despite facing setbacks due to the global financial crisis, Nakheel is now confident in completing this visionary project.
Aligned with Dubai's 2040 Urban Master Plan and Economic Agenda D33, Palm Jebel Ali signifies the dawn of a new growth corridor in the Jebel Ali area. Upon completion, it will boast seven islands and 16 fronds, adding a staggering 91 kilometers of beachfront. The development will house over 80 hotels, resorts, and unique retail and dining experiences.
Nakheel recently launched several fronds featuring luxury 5, 6, and 7-bedroom villas, as well as plots with futuristic concepts. With a starting price of 18 million Dirhams, these villas epitomize luxury living. Handover is expected by the end of 2027.
Once complete, Palm Jebel Ali will source 30% of its energy requirements from renewable sources, showcasing Nakheel's commitment to sustainability.
