For This video we teamed up with North American Rescue and Kenny Sauberan from the "Chubby Medic and Friends" Podcast to deliver some important information about First Aid.
By a show of hands who keeps a fire extinguisher, or a battery Jump box in their overlanding rig......everyone right?
It's almost a no brainer...It's one of those things that you'd rather have and not need than NEED and NOT have. The exact same thing should be said for your first aid kit.
The point of overlanding is to escape into the wilderness and find solitude away from the hustle and bustle of the normal world but in most cases that puts you at an extreme disadvantage when it comes to dealing with injuries and emergencies because you are far away from a hospital and in many cases do not have any cell service.
At first I thought many of these kits were overkill but after our 16 days out west I was so thankful to have such an extensive kit at our disposal.
I HIGHLY recommend that everyone keeps some form of these kits that easily accessible in their rigs!
