I'm glad to be back with a much more interesting video for you then last week. This time I'm taking you to visit a very cool place in a neighborhood area of Athens that I haven't filmed before. This place is called Technopolis, or Technopolis city of Athens, located in Gazi neighborhood.
Technopolis used to be a public gas work, which provided gas for the lights of Athens. But in modern days, this place has been transformed to be...how should I call it...a multi amusement center ? It has everything from concerts, events, museums, restaurants, cafes, you name it. I think this is an underrated spot of Athens which deserves more discover. So, let's do it now !
Note: At 04:33, I mentioned that 8 buildings there were named after famous Greek poets and one was named after an opera singer. So here are the names of these people: Andreas Embirikos, Angelos Sikelianos (The second floor of this building has a museum named after the opera singer Maria Callas), Yannis Ritsos, Kostis Palamas, Takis Papatsonis, Constantine Cavafis and Kostas Varnalis.

Technopolis, Gazi - Nơi thú vị nhất để vui chơi ở Athens ?

Em rất vui khi trở lại với một video thú vị hơn rất nhiều so với video của tuần trước. Lần này em sẽ dẫn nhà mình đi tham quan một nơi rất là hay ho nằm trong một khu dân cư của A-ten mà em chưa quay phim bao giờ. Nơi này có tên là Tếch-nô-pô-lít, hay Thành phố Tếch-nô-pô-lis của A-ten, tọa lạc tại khu Gát-gi.
Tếch-nô-pô-lít từng là một nhà máy khí đốt để thắp đèn cho thành phố A-ten. Nhưng vào thời hiện đại này thì nơi đây đã trở thành...phải gọi là gì nhỉ...trung tâm vui chơi phức hợp ? Vì nơi đây có tất cả mọi thứ từ các buổi hòa nhạc, các sự kiện, cho đến bảo tàng, nhà hàng, quán cà phê, v.v. Em nghĩ là nơi đây xứng đáng được biết đến nhiều hơn. Vậy giờ mình cùng tìm hiểu luôn nhé !
Ghi chú: Vào phút thứ 04:33, em có nói là 8 tòa nhà của nhà máy này được đặt tên theo các nhà thơ nổi tiếng của Hy Lạp, và còn được đặt theo tên của một nữ ca sĩ ô-pê-ra nữa. Tên của họ đây ạ: Andreas Embirikos, Angelos Sikelianos (Tầng 2 của tòa nhà này có một viện bảo tàng được đặt tên theo nữ ca sĩ ô-pê-ra Maria Callas), Yannis Ritsos, Kostis Palamas, Takis Papatsonis, Constantine Cavafis and Kostas Varnalis.
