1. Take the Siemens hearing aid.
2. Take the Siemens tool.
3. Insert the pointy end of the tool into the receiver lock, which is a small hole on the side of hearing aid, and push it to unhook the receiver.
4. Take a new Siemens receiver and place it in the hearing aid.
5. While holding the Siemens receiver in the hearing aid, push the lock button, which is on the opposite side to the lock hole.
6. Once done, gently pull the receiver to check it is secure.
7. Now change the dome.
