Extra Crispy Chicken Wings
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Water 3 Cups
-Namak (Salt) 1 tbs or to taste
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Chicken wings with skin 1 kg
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tbs
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Mustard powder 1 & ½ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) 2 Cups
-Lemon juice 3 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) ½ Cup
-Cooking oil for frying
-Non-stick spray
Prepare Sweet & Sour Sauce:
-Tomato ketchup 5-6 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Brown sugar powdered 1 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
Directions:
-In a bowl,add water,salt,vinegar and mix well.
-Add chicken wings & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour then strain & set aside.
-In a bowl,add red chilli powder,salt,garlic powder,black pepper powder,chicken powder,dried oregano,mustard powder & mix well.Seasoning is ready!
-In a bowl,add milk,lemon juice & mix well,cover & let it rest for 5-10 minutes.Buttermilk is ready!
-Add eggs,¾ portion of prepared seasoning (reserve remaining seasoning for later use) & whisk well.
-Add chicken wings & mix well,cover & marinate for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
-In a dish,add all-purpose flour,rice flour,remaining prepared seasoning & mix well.
-Take out chicken wings from buttermilk and coat well with dry flour mixture and place on a grill rack then dip again in buttermilk and coat with dry flour mixture.
Option # 1: Air Fry
-Spray non-stick spray on both sides of chicken wings & air fry at 170C for 20 minutes (turn sides after 12 minutes).
Option # 2: Deep Fry
-In a wok,heat cooking oil (140C-150C) & deep fry on medium low flame for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Prepare Sweet & Sour Sauce:
-In a bowl,add tomato ketchup,garlic,salt,brown sugar,vinegar,soy sauce & whisk well.
-Serve extra crispy chicken wings with sweet & sour sauce!

Bowl mein lal mirch powder,namak,lehsan powder,kali mirch powder,chicken powder,dried oregano aur mustard powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein,Seasoning tayyar hai!
-Bowl mein doodh aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5-10 minutes kliya chor dein.Buttermilk tayyar hai.
-Anday,tayyar seasoning ka 3/4th portion (reserve remaining seasoning for later use) dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chicken wings dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 4 hours ya overnight kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
-Dish mein maida,chawal ka atta aur remaining tayyar seasoning dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chicken wings ko buttermilk mein sa nikal lein aur dry flour mixture ache tarhan coat ker lein aur grill rack per rakh dein phir dubara buttermilk mein dip ker ka dry flour mixture mein coat ker lein.
Option # 1: Air Fry
-Chicken wings ka dono sides per non-stick spray karein aur 170C per 20 minutes kliya air fry ker lein (turn sides after 12 minutes).
Option # 2: Deep Fry
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein (140C-150C) & darmiyani halki ancch per 10-12 minutes or golden brown ho janay tak deep fry ker lein.
Prepare Sweet & Sour Sauce:
-Bowl mein tomato ketchup,lehsan,namak,brown sugar,sirka aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Extra crispy chicken wings ko sweet & sour sauce ka saath serve karein!
