Rare footage of a devil ray jumping out of the water caught by drone. Scientists don't yet know why rays do this but they have many ideas. Those jumps could help rays to get rid of parasites and remoras (also called suckerfish, fish that use suction cup to stick to bigger animals) that made them suffer. Alternatively, school of rays may communicate with other individuals by creating a sound from the bellyflop! What do you think?
