Just prior to the deployment of the Turksat 5B satellite, a flashing object appears towards the middle of the field of view, and exits to the right.
The second two anomalies appear just after deployment from bottom right, heading northwest at different speeds. It is possible the second two anomalies are pieces of ice breaking off the rocket after the deployment. But the first anomaly doesn't fit that explanation.
