A quick guide for "SOUTHERN ELSWEYR TREASURE MAP1".
Teleport to Senchal and go outside in the front gate there's a "khajiit riding with a tiger structure". Not too far away you will see a big rock with a slice in the middle, go to that middle and dig up the treasure.
