This psychopath is on at least a half dozen shortwave frequencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Many of his "programs" are relayed via the WRMI-SW transmitter network. For some reason, probably technical difficulties due to Brother Stairs' declining mental state, two audio programs are being transmitted at the same time on the same frequency at basically the same audio level. Not sure if WRMI actually pays attention to what this nutjob is transmitting on their shortwave transmitters, but its a real shame that this is what shortwave broadcasting has come to.
