Source One V4/Source One HD frame assembly guide.

If you have a frame branded Source One HD, this is the same frame and you can follow these steps.
TBS have just rebranded the frame.

I couldn't find any tutorials online for how to assemble the newer V4 version of this frame so figured I'd make one myself.
