Focus: Core engagement and control focused on pelvic stability along with lots of waistline work.
Props: Franklin Ball “peanut”, Heavy Weight Fabric Resistance Loop (*optional), Reformer Box and Jumpboard
Level: 2/3 (beginner/intermediate)
Length: 60 minutes
Join me for this 60 minute full body workout using some fun Pilates tools! In this flow, “PEANUT POWER” you will hit a little bit of everything. The workout is heavily focused on core engagement/control as we fight for pelvic stability. You will get some fabulous waistline work tapping into those deep transverse abdominals as well as some decent lower body burners! Our props for this class are a Franklin Ball or “peanut”, a heavy weight fabric resistance loop, your Reformer Box and Jumpboard. If you are missing any of these props I do give alternatives at the start of class so please listen for those choices. I am leveling this class at a level 2/3 (beginner/intermediate. However, some of the challenging layers that end some of the sequences are borderline level 4…a little added spice! All layers are optional. Please only do what challenges you! We do not work through pain.
