Probably my all time favourite noodle soup - Khao Soi in Luang Prabang Laos. I first had this soup on a trip to Luang Prabang, Laos at Christmas 2017.

We decided to go back for our last getaway before the baby is born so I could get my hands on some authentic Lao Khao Soi. This shop sells the best version that we've tried anywhere and it's located directly next to The Blue House in the centre of town (there is another shop a few doors down).

The also sell Lao pho and khao piak sen which are both worth a try if you want to sample some proper Lao cuisine.
