Do you love smoked beef ribs but hate how long they take to cook?
In this video i'm going to show you how to smoke individual beef ribs on different smokers!

Cooking these beef ribs individually really sped up the cooking time as expected! I thought they'd take around 4-5 hours but they were done in just under 3!
Still juicy, tender and full of flavour. Next time i'll try them unwrapped the whole time to get some nicer bark.
Here's the easy cheese sauce recipe I used in the video:
- 2tbs butter
- 2tbs flour
- Around 2 cups of milk
- 6-8 slices of burger cheese
- Around 1/2 a cup of sharp cheddar cheese
Melt butter over medium heat, stir in flour until smooth, slowly add milk until you get a runny/smooth consistency, then add your cheese whilst stirring until it's melted through and you have the right consistency you want!
Then the salsa recipe is here too:
- 1 diced tomato
- 1/2 a diced white onion
- 1 diced green jalapeno
- Juice of 1/2 a lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
