This is an easy and delicious french toast recipe using leftover cinnamon bread. Great ideas because it already has all the flavors. Enjoy.

Cinnamon Bread French Toast Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
4-6 slices of (thick) cinnamon bread
2-3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
pinch of salt
butter
syrup

In a flat sided dish whisk eggs, milk and pinch of salt.
Soak each side of bread with egg mixture for 10 seconds or so.
In a low medium skillet or griddle coat bottom with
butter. Place in bread and cook for 2-3
minutes on each side or until golden brown.
*Remember to rebutter between sides and batches.

Serve with your favorite toppings.
Enjoy.
