The Impol group consist of several subsidiaries and associated companies. Having in mind they are successful it is not surprising, that they know how to manage their personnel. They are constantly raising educational level of their employees within their own educational centre. But this is not all. With their company Kadring d.o.o. they closely collaborate with Employment Service as Impol's priority new employees come from the unemployed, who are also included into job search workshops. They also cooperate with local schools for many years enabling students to do their mandatory practice and offering scholarships for deficit occupations.
