When we meditate, it is better to start with the 7th chakra which is that of the crown, and to go down to the sixth, and so on . Of all the possible reasons for this order, there are two that are very simple.
First, we want energy to flow from head to toe. The light enters through the head and flows in us to the feet. In this way, we end up rooted and elsewhere only in our head. Secondly, to go into a deeper trance, it is easier to slide down than up. It brings us into the depths of calm.
Instructions for using this video as a Sleep Meditation:
Lay down on your bed on a comfortable position. Focus on your breathing as it becomes slower. Ask your spiritual guides to guide and protect you during this meditation. Ask them to cleansing you chakras from the crown to the root as the music changes from one frequency to another, removing any blockages you might have, healing and balancing each energy center as you fall deep into sleep.
When you wake up take several deep breaths, and ask your spiritual guides to guide and protect you through the day.
Instructions for using this video as a Daily Meditation
In meditation, visualize and feel one chakra at a time (use the visuals of the video if needed), starting with the crown chakra. You can visualize it as a circular plasma circle that emits its own color : purple in the case of the crown chakra.
Concentrate on the flow of energy of the plasma circle, it will help open and clean the chakra.
Let the images and the sensations of the flowing energy come and they will guide you to know intuitively how to meditate as you breathe inside the chakra.
Feel the light of the universe flowing in you through the crown chakra that comes to awaken and stimulate all the other chakras.
Repeat the same steps with the sixth chakra, then the fifth, and so on.
