For those of your roaming overseas that have a carrier locked in, but no data, here is the fix. I notice it happens mostly for Android users, and it is the issue of APN.
1. Ensure Data Roaming is checked
2. Set APN to epc.tmobile.com
3. Save
4. Icon for Internet should appear!
