Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to return for the third consecutive term in 2024 despite the INDIA alliance, according to a poll by India Today-CVoter Mood of the Nation. The BJP-led NDA is likely to win 306 seats with a 43 per cent vote share, while the INDIA alliance is projected to get 193 with 41 per cent vote share. The BJP, on its own, is likely to cross the majority mark with 287 seats, 13 down from its 303 in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. In 2019, the NDA had won 33 seats.
