He is internationally renowned for his prolific research on the human effects of psychedelics and his groundbreaking work in the behavioural economics of drug use, addiction, and risk behaviour. In 2008, Dr. Johnson published psychedelic safety guidelines, contributing to the resurgence of psychedelic research.
