Ingredients;
1 ½ kg skinless chicken cut in small pieces
2 ½ tablespoon finely chopped ginger
1 teaspoon garlic water (grind 1 garlic clove with 1/4 cup of water)
4 tablespoon ground cashews
1 ½ tablespoon cumin seeds roasted & crushed
1 ½ tablespoon coriander seeds roasted & crushed
2 teaspoon salt
10 small green chilies finely chopped
1 ½ teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves (kasoori methi)
1 ½ teaspoon garam masala
1 ½ tablespoon ground black peppers
1 ½ teaspoon crushed red chilies
1 cup plain yogurt
4 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup cream
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 medium size tomatoes
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
7 to 8 green chilies
Half of lemon juice
