Fredericton is the cultural and legislative capital of New Brunswick. It has a lot to offer in terms of affordable housing, educational facilities, parks, restaurants and is very family friendly. Fredericton has a population of approximately 60,000 people and is the 3rd largest city in New Brunswick. If you are a tourist coming here for the first time, I would recommend coming in the summer to have the most activities available because it does get a lot quieter in the other seasons.
