It’s never too late to be Baptized in the Holy Spirit. If you are born-again and have never been baptized in the Holy Spirit, do not wait any longer. This is a gift for all believers and it is thee promise of the New Testament for all believers.

Acts 19:6

Luke 3:16
He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.
