The Panasonic Lumix TS3 (AKA "DMC-TS3") has been an excellent camera so far! Not only is the Panasonic Lumix TS3 waterproof but it also films video in 1080P HD and snaps excellent photos out of the water too! My only complaint is the battery life. It's more than sufficient for filming and photography around town but taking an extra battery or so when on vacation is a wise idea. Fortunately extra batteries can be purchased inexpensively on Amazon.com, Newegg.com, etc. I've really enjoyed the Panasonic Lumix GPS function. It displays the location of photos on a map which is really neat! Feel free to check out my coin videos and Bermuda videos on my YouTube channel too! I've filmed a lot of them with this camera. The Bermuda Moped Madness video on my channel's main page was filmed with this camera. I like the "lock" button on the door that protects the battery and memory card. It functions as a visual confirmation that the camera is ready to get wet and makes the door harder to open while snorkeling or filming other activities. Aside from the battery life, the only other area of minor improvement could be the silver piece that surrounds the lens. It's not a problem but does sometimes create a noticeable rainbow line effect, when filming directly into the sin. You can can that demonstrated in some of my Bermuda videos.
