We apply a self adhesive membrane called Peel and Stick to the insulated concrete forms (ICF) of our foundations for waterproofing. On top of the Peel and Stick membrane we apply Delta Drain to protect the waterproofing and provide a way for water to get from the surface down to the perimeter drain. Delta Drain is a heavy product that adds extra protection to the foundation as it is backfilled.
