I-80 is quite a busy freeway in the Chicago metropolitan area even on the weekend. I head east on Interstate 80 from I-57 south of Chicago all the way across the Illinois/Indiana border over to where it branches off of its concurrency with I-94 near Lake Station and Portage, Indiana. Before its concurrency with I-94 begins in Lansing, Illinois, I-80 runs concurrent with the Tri State Tollway (I-294) where all tolls are now cashless.
