We watched a great video this morning on the @pettybrothersracing channel about the restoration of their 1974 Charger Grand National car.
Some of the old shop crew had gotten together and were talking about those days, their switch to the small block and some of the details of the car.
They talked extensively about the custom seats Petty required, but when they talked about the way he taped the steering wheel, a small detail slipped out that absolutely defines what it means to be a true racer.
