A Special Court has awarded life imprisonment to Kashmir separatist leader and JKLF chief, Yasin Malik, in a terror funding case. He had earlier pleaded guilty, to all the charges including those under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act. The NIA had sought death penalty before the Delhi court for Malik.
