Answering a question from a member of the public on vaccine liability, the Chief Minister said Gibraltar is covered by the UK with the caveat that vaccines are handled properly. Speaking on Direct Democracy last night he explained the UK had agreed to absorb liability on any claim made against vaccine companies as a result of the vaccine causing damage and that although enshrined in UK law it did cover Gibraltar.
