About 11 million young people are entering the African labour market each year but only 1% of school leavers have basic coding skills. Despite the continent’s potential as the world’s fastest growing digital consumer market, companies struggle to find employees with the right digital skills.
Africa Code Week is a continent-wide initiative driven by SAP and partners to spark interest in coding and to shape a skilled workforce.
