At this point the impact of Coronavirus on the housing market is unknown.

✔️ This isn’t 2008 – The market conditions today are vastly different than they were then. ⁣⁣

✔️According to Danielle Hale, Chief Economist at Realtor.com, if there is a recession: “𝘐𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵 𝘙𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯.
